Positive: Everything! What is important and quite rare for Valletta – you can get fairly close to the hotel by taxi. A wonderful breakfast on the outdoor terrace with a sea view at the end of the street, or in the restaurant of the neighboring 5-star hotel. Possibility to store luggage after check-out. We had 2 rooms: one with a balcony facing the street (fortunately, for thermal and sound insulation, the balcony could be additionally closed with shutters from the inside) and another with a window to the inner courtyard – both were excellent! The inner courtyard has a transparent roof from above, which helps keep the building cool. I liked the clothes rack for airing garments, the thoughtfully designed convenient lighting, and the well-placed power outlets. The hotel is not a faceless, generic one like many others; it has authentic charm, while the rooms are not cluttered with unnecessary décor.
Negative: The street facing the balconies is lively until late at night, but sound insulation is good – you just need to close the shutters. The inner room lacks daylight, but in summer, even the balcony room had to be closed with shutters – first against the heat, later in the evening against the street noise. Therefore, in summer this is not really a drawback, and the inner room is actually a good choice. There was no lack of air even with closed windows, as ventilation worked well.
Summary: A refined combination of authenticity with modern comfort and design. I would definitely stay here again – highly recomm

Positive: Hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of Valetta. The rooms are nicely designed, comfortable and a good size. Staff were really friendly and did their best to be helpful at all times.
Negative: Check-in was a bit chaotic. We were given a room where the air conditioning was not working properly. The engineer came but could not fix it. Then we were told we had been given the wrong room and were asked to move. A/C worked properly in new room, but it was hardly the most relaxing start to the stay

Positive: What an extraordinary hotel! Superb! Central Valette and easy walking distance to most sites. The boutique hotel is an absolute gem and well appointed. Loved staying here. And the breakfast was stupendous! Staff were amazing, and the restaurant incredible. It really was a fabulous stay. I feel spoiled! Highly highly recommend!!
Negative: Loved everything about the hotel. If I had one minor concern it was with the bed being a little too soft for my liking. But no complaints.
Summary: A surprise gem in central Valletta - highly recommend!
